The library offers welcoming spaces for reading, studying, meeting, and collaborating. Whether you’re hosting a community event, studying for an exam, or holding a small group session, the library provides flexible rooms and resources to fit your needs.
Meeting rooms are available for use by community organizations, civic groups, and individuals for educational, cultural, or public-interest events. Spaces are equipped with tables, chairs, and presentation technology when available.
Malvern-Hot Springs County Library has two meeting spaces that can be reserved in 30 minute increments:
- Community Room — This room has capacity for 50 people
- Teen Room — This room has capacity for 15 people
Meeting rooms reflect the library’s role as a community hub—a place where people come together to share ideas, collaborate, and learn.
Support services, including technology help, event setup assistance, and access to presentation equipment, are available upon request. Library staff are committed to creating comfortable, inclusive spaces that promote learning, connection, and creativity.
